The motorized pull tester is the fully featured 32-Bit advanced microprocessor based control. It has external SMPS power supply with high noise reduction capability. Its expanded internal memory can save up to 250 readings. It is integrated with micro-SD card module. Added with a 1 special feature of 3 different test modes (pull to break, pull to hold, pull to return) and variable pulling speeds such as (50,100,150,200 mm/min) this is a highly advanced Motorized Pull tester. Options to change units of measurements such as kilogram, newton and pound can be selected.

Description

Motorized Pull Tester SP-02W is the advance version of our conventional SP-02 model. Here you can perform all the tests with conventional methods as well as with advanced experimental modes. The internal memory has been expanded from 50 to 250 test results to save more data with real date  & time basis. As this machine is integrated with external memory input module, user can select any input combination from the input file in the micro-SD card which contains user defined terminal number, wire information, minimum pull, speed, unit etc., and the output of the same along with judgement (PASS/FAIL) can be saved into the same micro-SD card. The number of output records can be in thousands or lacs ( depending on the memory card size). This model motorized pull tester is integrated with Wi-Fi access point by which user can interact with the pull tester wuth built-in web server application (No installation required) wirelessly from a Wi-Fi enabled laptop or computer.
