and loose piece terminal design. With our in-house
capabilities, any new requirement can be quickly dispatched

Description

Side Feed Large Spiral Dial Type Applicators are suitable for Semi-Automatic bench presses.
The Precise Conductor Spiral Dial guarantees 20micron fine setting of Crimp height. This allows
the operator to set the desired load without removing the Applicator from the press, ensuring
less tuning time. An additional feature of this Applicator is the unique terminal clenching
assembly which forbids the terminal from bending, twisting, and rolling. The modular design
allows to accommodate various types of terminals in this series. Split type tooling is designed so
that only the worn-out tools can be replaced easily. These applicators are easy to refurb and are
economical. Optional Special plating is used on the tooling to ensure long life, anti-galling
properties etc
