Smart Crimping Press RTF-4i is an IOT Based Smart Crimping Machine. RTF-4i is a bench type semi-automatic upgraded Crimping machine suitable for Crimping reeled terminals with stripped wires and operated by foot switch. The machine is built on steel plates. Endowed with APTS© Software, this press can recognize and track the usage of applicator with real time and date. It is also embedded with features such as Bio metric approval system, production history card, preventive maintenance schedule etc. With a graceful dashboard, the user can view the applicator status in real time on a single screen. The WIFI compatibility enable the data logging in the main server. The control panel has been redesigned with soft touch screen for all the operations
