SCP 10 Servo Crimping Press

have used a “Shaft Less” concept used to design these
Crimping Presses. This allows a single Press to accommodate
Applicators of Shut Height 135.78 to 220 mm with just a press
of a button without changing any mechanical parts. These
presses are designed for processing a large range of cables
and terminals in a single machine. The machines are majorly
being used in the renewable energy industries as well as
electrical vehicle industries.

Description

Servo based SCP-10 crimp machine using high quality Japanese motors and controls. Possible to configure different strokes without changing mechanical parts. User friendly for easy setting and operation. Servo operation ensures crimp height adjustments in microns through presses. Sequence Crimping also possible. The machine is driven by servo motors, with low noise, accurate results, repeatability, and stable output. A variety of Applicators can be accommodated in the same press. The unique feature of this press is the variable shut height and variable stroke which allows user to cover a wide range of their requirement. Optional modes like Soft Cycle, Split Cycle, continuous cycle and sequential cycles are available.
